Beta Playtest HYPE! PvE + PvP Leaderboards, Mobile Apeiron on the way!

Hello doods! Are you one of the lucky godlings who got into the S3 Primeval Testing or the Godling Playtest? If you weren’t, we have good news for you! Stay tuned for the latest on the playtest and beta release! 

A QUICK UPDATE: We are officially renaming the S3 beta release into the 1.0 beta release. Let’s talk about the new 1.0 beta release PvP Leaderboard, PvE Leaderboard details, and our current roadmap leading to the mobile launch!

But first, here are some quick announcements:

• APRS Planet Breeding costs will be updated starting on Sept 13th, 10 AM UTC! Don’t forget to breed as many planets as you can before then! The updated breeding costs will be as follows:

• AGW Guild Star Total $USDC distribution will soon commence! Stay tuned to our Discord announcement for more information.

• AGW Leagues matches have been paused for a mid-season break - The Leagues will return on Sept 3rd!

• Starting Aug 22nd, Dood Halos (free mint item) will start dropping to those with booty hours in the 1.0 release PvE dungeon! Apostle Forging (Minting), here we come!!

Beta Playtest: Community Reception

During the Primeval Testing and Godling Playtest, tons of godlings had the chance to see the new features, including the return of the PvE dungeon. We hope you enjoyed every moment of it! If you want to see how well your best dungeon score holds up against the other doods in the leaderboard, we’ll be dropping some information on that on our Twitter!

We know that some of the elite godlings have already completed the first chapter of story missions during playtest, and we have to say that you have truly impressed us. You may wonder what to do next, and here’s our tips for how to gain the most in the meantime:

• For PvE players, you may recruit and level up powerful Apostles so that you can delve further into the dungeon, fulfill Apostle bounties on the Marketplace, or grind the PvE Leaderboard - it’s up to you. 

• For PvP players, you may issue bounties on the Marketplace to search for better Apostles, participate in our partner tournaments (more details below), and grind the PvP Leaderboard. 

Thank you for participating in the playtest, godlings! We’d also love to hear your thoughts on the new features. Feel free to share your opinions on our Discord! For now, try to reach as far as you can in the dungeon, slash some boods, and enjoy your time with your Apostle buddies.

Apeiron Sponsored Partner Events

Over the course of the 1.0 Leaderboard (Sept 5th - Oct 17th), we are going to sponsor 150,000 $APRS ($39,568 USD in today’s prices!) to our partners so that they can host special events such as Apeiron tournaments or unique leaderboards for our player community. If you want to get a slice of this juicy $APRS, keep an eye on the #community-events channel on our Discord! We’ll post approved events there.

1.0 Beta Release Leaderboards

In the 1.0 Beta Release, we are going to have two leaderboards going on at the same time: the PvP Leaderboard and the PvE Leaderboard! This means both PvE and PvP doods will be able to earn some goodies!

The 1.0 Beta PvP Leaderboard will take place between Sept 5th 10 AM UTC and Oct 17th 10 AM UTC, ranking players according to their PvP Ranked Tier + MMR. The rewards are as follows:

In addition to this, all players OUTSIDE of the 100 will be eligible for a raffle containing Golden Apostle Tickets NFTs, Planet NFTs, and $RON! For each win over the course of the leaderboard, get +1 raffle entry - the more matches you play, the higher the chance you’ll have to win! We’ll be posting the exact raffle rewards soon on Discord.

And for the 1.0 Beta PvE Leaderboard, it will share the same time period as the PvP Leaderboard, starting on Sept 5th 10 AM UTC, and ending on Oct 17th 10 AM UTC. The PvE Leaderboard will rank players according to their dungeon run scores. For more details about the format and rewards of the PvE Leaderboard, check out the previous article here. 

Apeiron Roadmap and Mobile Launch

With the launch of our 1.0 beta release just around the corner, we thought it would be a good time to sit down and talk about what we’ve got planned for the next few months. LET IT BE KNOWN that this roadmap is subject to change. We’re excited to hear what you think! 

Right now, we have several things we’re working on, all leading up to the Apeiron mobile launch - yes, portable Apeiron! Be ready to play your favorite doody game on your mobile devices! Here’s our roadmap:

1. PvE & PvP Leaderboard: First and foremost, we’ve talked about the details and rewards about the 1.0 beta release leaderboards above, including one PvE Leaderboard and one PvP Leaderboard. Both leaderboards will start from Sept 5th to Oct 17th, so take your time climbing the ladders!

2. Mobile Pre-registration: Next, we will have our mobile pre-registration campaign for any doods who want to play the mobile version of Apeiron. Exciting!!

3. Liquidity Pool Staking on Marketplace: You’ll soon be able to stake your $APRS and add to the $APRS/$RON liquidity pool on our Marketplace! Doing this will give you points, which will give you access to our VIP shop plus some VIP privileges. More details in the future.

4. Story Chapter 2: No spoilers here! Play through chapter 1, and get ready for chapter 2! 

5. Webstore: Doods will be able to purchase in-game items and bundles using PayPal (and eventually $APRS) on our official webstore. Web2 doods rejoice!

6. Mobile Launch: Last but not least, the Mobile Launch! This roadmap ultimately leads up to the mobile launch of Apeiron. Mobile doods will join the fun, and be alongside us as we fight against the forces of Chaos!
